Ingredientes

  • 1 quart Oysters
  •     Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Grated sharp cheese
  •     Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Drain oysters, reserving liquid. To this liquid, add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 2 c.. Heat butter and add in to crumbs. In a casserole place a layer of crumbs, then a layer of oysters. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with cheese. Continue alternating, ending with a layer of crumbs. Pour reserved oyster liquid over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 over for 20 to 30 min.
  2. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
