Ingredientes

  • 1 pt raw oysters
  • 1/4 lb veal
  • 1/4 lb suet
  • 1 x bread crumbs
  • 1 x egg, well beaten
  • 1 x salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix oysters, veal, and suet with bread crumbs and put through a medium cutter of a sausage grinder. Season with salt and pepper and add in beaten egg. Make into cakes like pork sausage.
