- 1 pt raw oysters
- 1/4 lb veal
- 1/4 lb suet
- 1 x bread crumbs
- 1 x egg, well beaten
- 1 x salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix oysters, veal, and suet with bread crumbs and put through a medium cutter of a sausage grinder. Season with salt and pepper and add in beaten egg. Make into cakes like pork sausage.
