Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Oysters
  • 1 1/2 pt Lowfat milk
  • 5 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. Coarse cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Accent

Direcciones

  1. Cut each oyster into 3 pcs. Add in beaten Large eggs to lowfat milk. Combine with the oysters; add in other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole, in a 325 degree oven for 90 min.
  2. Serves 8.
