Ingredientes

  • 2 doz raw oysters, shucked
  • 1/2 stk butter
  • 4 x Shallots, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 6 x -(up to)
  • 8 x Unseasoned artichoke hearts, mashed
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  •     Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place oysters, single layer, in a 9x9 dish or possibly larger depending upon the size of the oysters. Saute/fry shallots in butter. Add in lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, if you like. Pour over oysters. Top each oyster with some mashed artichoke. Top with bread crumbs. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
  2. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
