Ingredientes

  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 ounce Kung Pao sauce
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick crushed red pepper
  • 8 ounce shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 5 whl chile pods
  •     Sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Heat wok (smoking), introduce oil and shrimp, separate and velvet for 1 to 2 min. Don't overcook. Carefully pour shrimp and oil onto oil skimmer
  2. Stir fry chile pods and onions; add in garlic and Kung Pao sauce. Add in shrimp, toss, and add in peanuts and chile flakes.
  3. This recipe yields 1 serving.
