Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. shaohsing wine or possibly sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. mushroom soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients together till cornstarch is incorporated. Stir well before using.
  2. This recipe yields 6 ounces. Can be doubled or possibly quadrupled. Will keep for one month refrigerated.
  3. Comments: Sauce can be customized with chili paste, ginger, garlic or possibly star anise to suit tastes.
  4. Yield: 6 ounces
