Receta Palestinian Kofta Kebabs

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly oil it.
- Mix all ingredients except parsley and mint in food processor; grind to very fine paste. Add in parsley and mint, and mix again. With wet hands, make small balls, using about 1/2 c. meat mix for each one. Roll them into long kebabs. (You can roll them over the back of a wooden spoon handle and slide them off onto the baking sheet.) Cook for 30 min, turning kebabs halfway through.
- Kebabs are done when reddish brown on the outside.
- Serve warm with pita bread, yogurt and tabbouleh, if desired.
