Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Pecans, minced

Direcciones

  1. Puree peaches and 6 Tbsp. of sugar. Cream together the cinnamon, remaining sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs, mix well. Add in peaches and dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased 9X3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 55-60 min.
