Receta Pan Fried Sherry Pork

Ingredientes
- 8 x Boneless pork steaks
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Medium-dry sherry
- 1 x Clove garlic
- Â Â Salt and freshly-grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork steaks till browned on both sides.
- Add garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly- grnd pepper.
- Cook till sherry is dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and serve.
- NOTES : Serve this quick and easy dish with mashed potato and broccoli spears for a tasty supper.
