PANEER CHAPATTI

Paneer chapatti is a different variety taste of normal chapatti.

Ingredientes

  • Shred paneer-1cup
  • Shred potato-1/2cup
  • Large onion-half
  • Green chili-2
  • Cumin powder-1/4tsp
  • Green capsicum-4tsp
  • Red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  • Lemon juice-2drop
  • Coriander leaves-1/4cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Wheat flour-3 1/2cups
  • Baking soda-a pinch
  • Sugar-1/2tsp
  • Water
  • oil

Direcciones

  1. Take a blender,add all ingredients(except: wheat flour,baking soda,sugar,water,oil,salt).
  2. Blend in a smooth paste.
  3. Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add baking soda,sugar,salt,mashed paneer.Crumble the mix together.
  4. Add water make a dough.Keep a side for 40mins.
  5. Divide the dough into 7 or 8 balls.
  6. Take a small portion of dough into a circle.
  7. Heat the chapatti pan and placed the rolled chapatti.
  8. Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.
  9. Hot and serve with "coconut chuttney,soy chunks gravy,chicken gravy".
