Receta PANEER CHAPATTI
Paneer chapatti is a different variety taste of normal chapatti.
Ingredientes
- Shred paneer-1cup
- Shred potato-1/2cup
- Large onion-half
- Green chili-2
- Cumin powder-1/4tsp
- Green capsicum-4tsp
- Red-chili powder-1/2tsp
- Lemon juice-2drop
- Coriander leaves-1/4cup
- Salt-to taste
- Wheat flour-3 1/2cups
- Baking soda-a pinch
- Sugar-1/2tsp
- Water
- oil
Direcciones
- Take a blender,add all ingredients(except: wheat flour,baking soda,sugar,water,oil,salt).
- Blend in a smooth paste.
- Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add baking soda,sugar,salt,mashed paneer.Crumble the mix together.
- Add water make a dough.Keep a side for 40mins.
- Divide the dough into 7 or 8 balls.
- Take a small portion of dough into a circle.
- Heat the chapatti pan and placed the rolled chapatti.
- Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.
- Hot and serve with "coconut chuttney,soy chunks gravy,chicken gravy".
