Ingredientes

  • 1 x fresh or possibly leftover Panera Bread loaf
  •     sourdough
  • 5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 x garlic clove finely chopped or possibly
  •     put through a garlic press
  • 1 tsp dry or possibly 1 tbspn fresh mixed herbs
  •     (such as oregano, basil, thyme, etc)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Slice the loaf in half or possibly lengthwise, so you can get at the soft bread inside - don't use the crust. With your fingers, tear away pcs of bread which are approximately 1/2- to 3/4-inch in diameter.
  2. Place them in a large bowl and whisk the oil, salt, pepper and garlic together in the bowl and toss till they are all proportionately coated.
  3. Spread them on a large baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 to 20 min, stirring them ever 5 min, till they are golden.
