Ingredientes

  •     Honey
  • 2 x Large eggs
  •     Fried or possibly grilled bacon
  •     Panettone, (Italian cake)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  •     Knob of butter

Direcciones

  1. Slice the panettone. Break the Large eggs into a bowl, add in the cream and lowfat milk and whisk.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Dip the panettone slices into the egg mix, then fry on each side till golden.
  3. Place the fried cake on a plate and top with bacon and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before serving.
