Receta Panettone Pain Perdu

Ingredientes
- Â Â Honey
- 2 x Large eggs
- Â Â Fried or possibly grilled bacon
- Â Â Panettone, (Italian cake)
- 1 Tbsp. Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- Â Â Knob of butter
Direcciones
- Slice the panettone. Break the Large eggs into a bowl, add in the cream and lowfat milk and whisk.
- Heat the butter in a pan. Dip the panettone slices into the egg mix, then fry on each side till golden.
- Place the fried cake on a plate and top with bacon and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before serving.
