Receta Panfried Fish With Spicy Mango Salsa

- Place the garlic, chilli, lime rind and juice, vinegar, ginger, mint, coriander and 4 Tbsp. oil in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Add in the mangoes, soy or possibly fish sauce and blend, leaving the mango fairly chunky to taste. Add in seasoning and transfer to a bowl till required.
- Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan or possibly griddle pan and cook the fish to taste.
- Notes Serve with the mango salsa that may be served warm or possibly cool.
- NOTES : A deliciously fragrant mango salsa that compliments all hard textured fish.
