Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Crushed bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered mace
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry basil
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 2 tsp Spanish paprika
  • 1 c. Salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a spice mortar, or possibly crush them together in a deep bowl with the bottom of a c.. Sift through a fine sieve 2 or possibly 3 times, crush again, and sift till everything goes through. Keep in a tightly covered jar.
