- 1 Tbsp. Crushed bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Dry thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Powdered mace
- 1 Tbsp. Dry rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. Dry rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. Dry basil
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1 tsp Grnd white pepper
- 2 tsp Spanish paprika
- 1 c. Salt
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well in a spice mortar, or possibly crush them together in a deep bowl with the bottom of a c.. Sift through a fine sieve 2 or possibly 3 times, crush again, and sift till everything goes through. Keep in a tightly covered jar.
