Ingredientes

  •     Dressing
  • 5 x tablespns extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 x tablespn orange juice
  • 1 clv garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp runny honey
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  •     Salad
  • 12 slc Parma ham
  • 6 ounce rocket leaves
  • 4 x tomatoes sliced or possibly cut into wedges
  • 2 lrg ripe avocados sliced
  • 1 ounce pine kernels toasted

Direcciones

  1. Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
  2. On each serving plate arrange a bed of rocket leaves then slices of Parma ham.
  3. Add in the tomatoes and avocado slices.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and avocado.
  5. Scatter over the pine kernels and serve.
  6. Serves 4
