Receta Parma Ham Tomato And Avocado Salad

Ingredientes

- 5 x tablespns extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 x tablespn orange juice
- 1 clv garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp runny honey
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- Â Â Salad
- 12 slc Parma ham
- 6 ounce rocket leaves
- 4 x tomatoes sliced or possibly cut into wedges
- 2 lrg ripe avocados sliced
- 1 ounce pine kernels toasted
Direcciones
- Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
- On each serving plate arrange a bed of rocket leaves then slices of Parma ham.
- Add in the tomatoes and avocado slices.
- Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and avocado.
- Scatter over the pine kernels and serve.
