Ingredientes

  • 1 x sweet ripe melon chilled
  • 4 slc Parma ham or possibly raw smoked ham

Direcciones

  1. Cut the melon into quarters and remove the seeds.
  2. Drape the slices of ham over the melon.
  3. Serve with freshly grnd black pepper.
  4. Serves 4
  5. Uova Sode Tonnata ( Large eggs with Tuna Mayonnaise )

  8. 4 anchovy filletsa few capersparsley sprigs to garnish
  9. Cut the Large eggs in half lengthwise and arrange cut side down on individual dishes.
  10. Coat with Maionese tonnata (qv).
  11. Cut the anchovy fillets in half lengthwise and curl one strip on top of each egg half. Sprinkle with capers and garnish with parsley.
  12. Serves 4
