- Make the mousse: Place the juice in a sauce pan, add in gelatin mix and heat, stirring till dissolved. Set pan in ice water and stir mix till it cools and begins to thicken. Stir in condensed lowfat milk and set aside. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and gently fold into the gelatin mix.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for several hrs. Make the rum sauce: Stir the sugar into the rum till dissolved. Stir in the fruit pulp and juice. Spoon over cool mousse.
