Receta Passover Nut, Wine, And Cinnamon Cake

Ingredientes
- 10 large eggs, separated
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cake meal
- 1/4 c. potato starch
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/2 c. wine
Direcciones
- Beat yolks; add in sugar. Add in wine and cinnamon and sifted flour and starch. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold yellow mix and nuts into whites. Bake in 10 inch tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min. Invert pan immediately and cool before removing.
