Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb thin spaghetti
  • 4 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x cloves garlic, finely chopped
  •     salt and white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook spaghetti in 1 Quart. of boiling salted water for 6 to 8 min or possibly till al dente. Drain immediately.
  2. 2 .Place oil in sauteepan and heat over medium flame. Add in garlic and sauteeuntil soft but not burned.
  3. Add in pasta, salt, and white pepper to taste. Add in parsley, swirling the pan till pasta is warm. Serve.
