Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb package of mild Italian sausage
  • 1/4 lb prosciutto ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 3 well beaten Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 package thick spaghetti

Direcciones

  1. Cook Sausage till almost done. Add in prosciutto and parsley till all is cooked.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
  3. Add in to pasta the butter, Large eggs, parsley, meats, cheese and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
