Receta Pasta Carbonara

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb package of mild Italian sausage
- 1/4 lb prosciutto ham, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 3 well beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 package thick spaghetti
Direcciones
- Cook Sausage till almost done. Add in prosciutto and parsley till all is cooked.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Add in to pasta the butter, Large eggs, parsley, meats, cheese and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
