Ingredientes

  • 1 lb bacon slices minced in 1" pcs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 med onion -- minced
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 x egg -- lightly beaten
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced Italian parsley
  • 1 lb spaghetti or possibly linguine
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth -- heated
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon till lightly brown. Saute/fry' onion in margarine till onion is a light brown. In small bowl, combine cream, egg, 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Set aside. Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Drain. Return pasta to pot and add in onion mix, cream mix, bacon, broth, and pepper. Serve immediately with remaining cheese.
