Ingredientes

  • 1 sm onion, peeled minced
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin, extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x cloves garlic, peeled chopped
  • 3 c. canned Italian tomatoes
  • 10 x basil leaves, julienned
  • 2 Tbsp. minced Italian parsley
  • 3 x 16 ounce. cans cannellini beans
  • 1 x undrained
  • 5 c. water
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounce tiny pasta shells

Direcciones

  1. Sauteeonion in extra virgin olive oil till soft. Add in garlic and sautee1 minute. Add in tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook over medium-high heat 5 min, stirring.
  2. Add in beans with their liquid and the water.
