Ingredientes
- 1 sm onion, peeled minced
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin, extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x cloves garlic, peeled chopped
- 3 c. canned Italian tomatoes
- 10 x basil leaves, julienned
- 2 Tbsp. minced Italian parsley
- 3 x 16 ounce. cans cannellini beans
- 1 x undrained
- 5 c. water
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounce tiny pasta shells
Direcciones
- Sauteeonion in extra virgin olive oil till soft. Add in garlic and sautee1 minute. Add in tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook over medium-high heat 5 min, stirring.
