Pasta Salmon Toss

Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Scallion, sliced
  • 1 can (large) salmon
  • 3/4 lb Spaghetti
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/4 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice (I usually add in another Tbsp. or possibly so)
  •     Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until done then drain. Drain and flake salmon. Mix all ingredients together with the pasta and toss. May sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta if you like.
  2. Serves 4
