Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Fat free "chicken-style"
- Â Â Broth
- 1 x 14 1/2 ounce can stewed
- Â Â Tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
- Â Â (optional)
- 1/4 c. Fat free parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cut up shrimp into bite size pcs and saute/fry with garlic in chicken broth.
- Add in stewed tomatoes, stir and simmer for five minute. Add in skim lowfat milk, flour, and green onions. Stir. If you use the red pepper, stir it in now. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese. Cook on low till all ingredients are blended. Don't boil. Serve over pasta.
