Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. tomatoes, stewed
  • 1/4 c. basil
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add in garlic till tender. Remove from heat and pour wine.
  2. Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 min, till wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  3. Serve over cooked pasta.
