Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce shell pasta uncooked
  • 1 med apple unpeeled & diced
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 can salmon (15 1/2 ounce) liquid removed
  •     & flaked
  •     Lettuce leaves
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Cook shells to desired doneness according to package directions. Drain rinse with cool water.
  2. In large bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add in cooked shells, apple, celery, cheese, onions, and salmon; toss lightly. Cover; chill 1-2 hrs to blend flavors. To serve, spoon salmon mix onto individual lettuce-lined serving plates. 4-6 servings
