Receta Pasta Shells And Salmon Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce shell pasta uncooked
- 1 med apple unpeeled & diced
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1 can salmon (15 1/2 ounce) liquid removed
- Â Â & flaked
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Cook shells to desired doneness according to package directions. Drain rinse with cool water.
- In large bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add in cooked shells, apple, celery, cheese, onions, and salmon; toss lightly. Cover; chill 1-2 hrs to blend flavors. To serve, spoon salmon mix onto individual lettuce-lined serving plates. 4-6 servings
