Ingredientes

  • 250 gm tagliatelle
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 250 gm chicken livers
  • 2 x onions, medium
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 4 slc bacon
  • 150 gm mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 2/3 c. cream
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  •     salt, pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce:Dice onion, bacon. Slice mushrooms.
  3. Heat oil in a pan; add in onion, bacon, garlic, chicken livers and cook 3 min till onion is softenned. Add in mushrooms and cook, stirring, 2 min. Add in wine and stir through for 2 min till mushrooms are soft. Stir in cream and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 min. Season well.
  4. Quickly stir in beaten Large eggs and remove pan from heat, season and pour immediately over warm pasta. Top with cheese and parsley.
  5. Serves 4.
