Receta Pasta With Chicken Livers And Bacon

- Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water. Drain well and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce:Dice onion, bacon. Slice mushrooms.
- Heat oil in a pan; add in onion, bacon, garlic, chicken livers and cook 3 min till onion is softenned. Add in mushrooms and cook, stirring, 2 min. Add in wine and stir through for 2 min till mushrooms are soft. Stir in cream and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 min. Season well.
- Quickly stir in beaten Large eggs and remove pan from heat, season and pour immediately over warm pasta. Top with cheese and parsley.
- Serves 4.
