Ingredientes

  • 3 x Cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 c. Walnut halves, toasted and cooled
  • 1 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese or possibly Romano, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, grnd
  • 1 lb Shaped pasta, such as bow ties
  •     Extra walnuts and cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place garlic, walnuts, cream, cheese, salt and papper in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover. Process till smooth.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with sauce. Garnish with additional toasted walnuts and fresh herbs and serve immediately with additional cheese, if you like.
