Ingredientes
- 3 x Cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 c. Walnut halves, toasted and cooled
- 1Â 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese or possibly Romano, shredded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper, grnd
- 1 lb Shaped pasta, such as bow ties
- Â Â Extra walnuts and cheese
Direcciones
- Place garlic, walnuts, cream, cheese, salt and papper in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover. Process till smooth.
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with sauce. Garnish with additional toasted walnuts and fresh herbs and serve immediately with additional cheese, if you like.
