Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Dry -or possibly-
  • 12 ounce Fresh fettuccine or possibly linguini
  • 10 x Italian plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 c. Good extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Oregano -or possibly-
  • 2 tsp Fresh oregano
  • 2 sm Fresh chiles, minced
  •     Salt and pepper
  •     Grated parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. From a pamplet I got from Shepard's seeds. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet, then add in the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, chile peppers, salt and pepper. Saute/fry over medium heat about 5 min or possibly till tomatoes are softened but still hold their shape.
  2. In a hot bowl, combine sauce with warm liquid removed pasta and toss together.
  3. Serve immediately. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
