Pasta With Light Lemon And Wine Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. unsalted chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced, or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced, or possibly
  • 3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/2 sm onion, minced
  • 2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest 1/2 ts. dry 1 ts. dry
  •     salt, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Hot the margarine in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in the onion and sauteeuntil lightly brown and very soft. Add in the flour and reduce heat to low.
  3. Stir till completely blended. Very gradually whisk in the white wine and chicken broth.
  4. Bring the sauce to a boil and then let simmer for 10 min. Stir in the lemon zest, thyme, dill and mustard and season to taste with salt.
  5. Serve sauce over the hot pasta.
