Receta Pasta With Light Lemon And Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. unsalted chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced, or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced, or possibly
- 3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/2 sm onion, minced
- 2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest 1/2 ts. dry 1 ts. dry
- Â Â salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Hot the margarine in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in the onion and sauteeuntil lightly brown and very soft. Add in the flour and reduce heat to low.
- Stir till completely blended. Very gradually whisk in the white wine and chicken broth.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and then let simmer for 10 min. Stir in the lemon zest, thyme, dill and mustard and season to taste with salt.
- Serve sauce over the hot pasta.
