Pasta With Marinated Artichokes

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon pine nuts
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/3 c. Canned peeled tomatoes, minced
  • 1/4 lb Marinated artichokes, liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
  • 1/2 lb Angel hair pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute/fry pine nuts 3 min, stirring frequently, or possibly till pine nuts are golden brown. Stir in next 5 ingredients and simmer 2 min, stirring occasionally. Season with pepper to taste and keep hot. Cook pasta in boiling salted water till al dente.
  3. (This pasta cooks very quickly.) Drain thoroughly. Pour tomato sauce over pasta and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
