3Cp%3E3.%20Core%20and%20chop%20the%20plum%20tomatoes%20(or%20crush%20the%20canned%20tomatoes)%20and%20add%20them,%20along%20with%20salt%20and%20pepper,%20to%20the%20skillet.%20Stir%20and%20simmer%20while%20you%20salt%20the%20boiling%20water%20and%20cook%20the%20pasta.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Drain%20the%20pasta%20when%20it%20is%20tender%20but%20firm,%20re%C2%ACserving%20a%20little%20of%20the%20cooking%20water%20and%20adding%20it%20to%20the%20sauce%20if%20it%20appears%20dry%20(quite%20likely%20if%20you%20used%20fresh%20tomatoes).%20Toss%20the%20pasta%20with%20the%20sauce%20and%20most%20of%20the%20basil,%20along%20with%20the%20cheese.%20Mince%20the%20remaining%20basil,%20garnish%20the%20pasta%20with%20it,%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
