Receta Pasta With Rosemary, Chicken And Asparagus

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Mostaccioli uncooked Ziti or possibly other medium pasta shape
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- 10 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts trimmed of fat and cut into bite-size thin strips
- 16 x asparagus spears sliced thin (about 2 c.) or possibly 1 10-ounce. frzn asparagus thawed and liquid removed sliced thin
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. parsley minced
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and rosemary and cook 15 seconds. Add in chicken and cook, tossing well, till lightly browned, about 3 min. Add in asparagus, chicken broth, parsley and pasta to skillet.
- Increase heat to high and boil, stirring occasionally, till liquid has reduced sufficient to lightly cover pasta. Sprinkle Parmesan, salt and pepper over pasta and toss. Serve immediately.
