Ingredientes

  •     Pastry sufficient for 1 pie shell
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 2/3 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll pastry thin and cut into 4-inch circles. Fit each round into muffin c. and press in gently. Beat Large eggs till they are light; add in sugar and mix well. Add in butter, salt, and vanilla; mix well. Combine walnuts and raisins and fill each c. 1/2 full. Add in egg mix to fill each c. three-quarters. Bake filled c. 20-25 min.
