Ingredientes

  • 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 28 ounce Can crushed tomatoes
  •     Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 15 ounce Can cannellini beans
  • 1 lb Ditalini, cooked hard
  •     (reserve one c. liquid)
  •     Grated cheese
  •     Red pepper flakes

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add in tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15 min. Add in oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 min longer. Add in cooked ditalini and some reserved cooking liquid, if needed; stir. Let sit for 5 min. Serve wih grated cheese and red pepper flakes to taste.
