Ingredientes
- 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 28 ounce Can crushed tomatoes
- Â Â Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 15 ounce Can cannellini beans
- 1 lb Ditalini, cooked hard
- Â Â (reserve one c. liquid)
- Â Â Grated cheese
- Â Â Red pepper flakes
Direcciones
- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add in tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15 min. Add in oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 min longer. Add in cooked ditalini and some reserved cooking liquid, if needed; stir. Let sit for 5 min. Serve wih grated cheese and red pepper flakes to taste.
