Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 c. premium beer
  • 1/4 c. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp Lawry's Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Direcciones

  1. Preparation:Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Blend with a wire whisk, till all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Place the chicken pcs in a self-sealing plastic bag or possibly a glass baking dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken, coating all the pcs. Marinate the chicken for 2 to 4 hrs in the refrigerator.
  3. Makes 1 1/2 c., sufficient for 2 cut-up chickens.
