Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt Low-cal vanilla shake mix
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 x Ice cubes
  • 2 med peaches, peel,chop
  • 1/2 c. Coconut

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, sprinklegelatin over water and let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved. In blender, mix lowfat milk, shake mix, vanilla and gelatin mix for 30 seconds at low speed, adding ice cubes one at a time. Blend at high speed till mix thickens. Transfer to a bowl and mix in peaches. Spoon into dishes and sprinklewith coconut.
