Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 2 pkt Low-cal vanilla shake mix
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 x Ice cubes
- 2 med peaches, peel,chop
- 1/2 c. Coconut
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, sprinklegelatin over water and let stand for 1 minute.
- Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved. In blender, mix lowfat milk, shake mix, vanilla and gelatin mix for 30 seconds at low speed, adding ice cubes one at a time. Blend at high speed till mix thickens. Transfer to a bowl and mix in peaches. Spoon into dishes and sprinklewith coconut.
