Ingredientes

  • 1 c. SR flour
  • 1 x heaped Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 sm c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Jelly crystals, raspberry
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Water, lukewarm
  • 1/2 tsp Raspberry essence
  • 1 pch Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar well.
  2. Add in beaten egg and essence.
  3. Sift in dry ingredients and sprinkle with jelly crystals.
  4. Add in water, mix thoroughly.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for 25 - 30 min.
  6. Ice with white icing and sprinkle with red jelly crystals.
  7. Orange, pineapple or possibly lemon jelly crystals may be used instead of raspberry.
